Transport Details

1. Specialized Transport:
   • Bikes are transported in a fully enclosed trailer and a van rigged for bike transport.
   • Custom racks secure each bike upright on its wheels, fastened with wheel brackets and additional straps for stability.
   • Extra padding is added to prevent contact or movement during transit.
2. Capacity:
   • Trailer: Holds up to 18 bikes, each carefully secured in its rack.
   • Van: Fits up to 11 bikes, positioned at a 180-degree angle and strapped securely.
3. Trailer Features:
   • Enclosed on all sides with front and rear access doors.
   • Rear door doubles as a ramp for easy loading.
   • Interior steel mesh adds security.
4. Commitment to Care:
   • Bikes are returned in the same condition as received, with no adjustments or alterations.
5. Insurance & Safety:
   • In-transit insurance is included, but we recommend owners have their own insurance as well.
6. Additional Storage:
   • Limited space for small, secured items is available on the trailer’s A-frame or between bikes.
   • Loose items must be secured by owners; we are not liable for lost or unsecured belongings.
7. Booking & Operations:
   • Drop-Off: Bring your bike to our home in Pierre van Ryneveld, Centurion.
   • Collection: For an extra fee, we can collect your bike from a designated location.
   • Updates: Stay informed during transit through a WhatsApp Broadcast group. Ensure our number is saved on your phone to receive updates.
8. After the Event:
   • • Bikes are returned to the drop-off point or collection location after the event.
